Your artwork, carefully produced and delivered

Every ELICEC artwork is made to order, especially for you. Once produced, your order is carefully packaged and shipped directly from our print partner to your chosen delivery address.

Delivery time

The estimated delivery time is 7 to 12 business days after we receive your order and payment.

As each artwork is made to order, the exact delivery time may vary slightly depending on the finish or size selected.

Shipping costs

The Netherlands: free shipping
Belgium: €29.95 per order
Luxembourg: €29.95 per order

Shipping costs are clearly displayed at checkout before you place your order.

Order tracking

Once your artwork is ready and has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information, allowing you to follow your delivery.

Carefully packaged

Each artwork is carefully packaged to protect it during transit.

Please check the package and artwork upon arrival. If your artwork has been damaged during shipping despite our careful packaging, please contact us as soon as possible and include photographs of the damage and packaging.

We will arrange an appropriate solution. You will not be responsible for the costs of shipping damage.
